O'Connor's SPAR Firies is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys working in a busy customer-focused environment and wants to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Support the Management team in the daily running of the store. Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained. Assist with stock management, ordering, deliveries, and merchandising. Manage cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed. Help train and develop new and existing team members. Deal with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
